By completing the registration process you become an authorized user of the Endosono.net (services provided on this platform) web site from the date on which you are registered and your agreement to all the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions is a condition of becoming a member and your continued membership. Endosono.net may, for any reason and without notice, discontinue or change all or part of the Endosono.international web site. General Conditions

  1. The Site is intended exclusively for personal use. Only those users who purchased a teacher license are allowed to use this site for on-site teaching efforts (use in online teaching efforts is prohibited: i.e. use in a lecture hall teaching environment is allowed, integration in another online teaching environment however is prohibited).
  2. Users who purchase access to one of our videos have the rights to view all video-related contents. 
  3. Access to the free content of our website is not limited in time. However, we reserve the rights to deny access or terminate the membership of users who do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  4. The intellectual property rights in this website, including without limitation, in all documents, files, text, images, RSS feeds, audio files, podcasts, video files, tutorials, graphics, devices and code contained in it and in this website's general "look and feel", is owned by endosono.international/endosono.net.
  5. 1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of ordering.
2. 'consumer' within the meaning of these terms and conditions means any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose which cannot be attributed to his commercial or independent professional activity.

2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(3) The presentation of the services on our website does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order them. By ordering the desired service, the consumer makes a binding offer for him to conclude a purchase contract.
The acceptance of the offer is made in writing or in text form by e-mail or by post within one week. After fruitless expiry of the period, the offer is deemed to have been rejected.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our e-mail box, the following regulations apply: The consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully going through the order procedure provided for on our Internet pages.

2) Define which performance you have chosen
3) Confirm by clicking on the buttons "buy ticket"
4) Confirmation of pre-registration by e-mail/ by post
5)Final reservation will only take place after receipt of the participation fee on our business account

 Excluded from this process are messages that are sent to us via the same form - here you should explicitly declare that you do not want to register for a course.

Before submitting the order in a binding manner, the consumer can return to the website, where the customer's details are recorded and correct input errors or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by e-mail (confirmation of receipt). This does not constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer shall be made in writing, in text form and by receipt of the participation fee on our business account within the time limit specified on the invoice.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our internet pages : We send you the order data and our gtcism by e-mail. You can also view the Terms and Conditions at any time under http://www.endosono.net. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet.

3 Prices, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices quoted include the statutory value added tax and other price components. There are no additional costs.

(2) The consumer has only the possibility of payment in advance.

(3) If the consumer has chosen the payment in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.

(4) Refund of the participant fee is not possible
